or just get new ones for ~$20, give them a coat of some UV protectant, and see how they hold up. Real CF isn't worth the money for what's already a lightweight part, and they just look neat. I did them because I wanted to copy the Rabbit Edition.If they are real carbon fiber take them out, wet sand with 1500 and clear coat them with 2k clear. Give them a month to "gas out", sometimes not necessary, but just in case. After that coat them with ceramic to protect from UV. A lot of times cheap manufacturers don't clear coat their products, carbon fiber (or any "glass" product) epoxy is not UV resistant at all.
If they are fake carbon, toss them in the trash and get real ones.
