So while taking turns at faster than allowed I get this feeling like the back of the car gets unsettled, it's to the point where I dont trust the car. The suspension is stock but it feels like when ever I'm going fast and hit a bump or hit those seams for an overpass it just makes the rear end feel like an old Buick

Check for shipping pucks? Sounds kinda weird. I've never felt the rear of the car feel unsettled really, unless I was trying really hard to swing it out a little bit. Nothing weird going over bumpy curves though like a torque tube rear suspension would do.

No shipping pucks in the rears of the car, just the fronts for nose clearance during shipping.

Theoretically, yes. But there are no kits available and I do not believe one has been done yet. The concept of twin-charging was first implemented successfully by Lancia Delta S4.

If you do decide to go ahead with it which I do not recommend, you will need a small centrifugal supercharger, a lot of piping work, intercooler, fueling upgrades, drop in compression ratio, higher octane fuel, and a very intricate custom tune.

Rafi thanks! And god bless your knowledge, as it is very much appreciated!

Correct, but can shipping pucks in the front lead to the perception of squirrelly handling?

With normal driving, no. Spirited or track driving, probably. I think it would create understeer during hard turns as the suspension can't compress fully causing the front tires to lose grip.

Here's a stupid question... What's should my optimal tire pressure be after upgrading wheels / tires? Upgraded to 18x8.5 wheels, 235/40/18 tires. No track use.

Up to you. Since your tires are not too different in overall size, you could do fine leaving it at oem spec (37 psi). If you want more grip, less treadlife, and worse gas mileage, and a more compliant ride you can reduce the PSI as you see fit (I wouldn't go lower than 32). You can also overinflate to 40 if you want better gas mileage, also worse treadlife, and a stiffer ride (and reduced grip). I ride around at 40 psi for gas mileage on my performance all seasons because i'm on stock power and drive 25K miles a year, so i can use the efficiency

How do you reset the inspection required sign?

The method when you have car off and turn it on while holding the dial reset, only removes the oil service light.

Here is a random / possibly stupid question. I recently bought a 2013 Golf 2.0 Bluemotion GT Tech Tdi and i've started noticing a strange noise. It usually happens a few seconds to a few moments after I open / shut a door, I hear a weird thumping noise from the interior of the car. Any one ever come across this before, and is it something I should be concerned about? My car has leather interior, was wondering if it was due to heat / pressure build up and the leather seats "creaking"?? Or is it coming from somewhere else in my car, I have no idea what it could be!

Interesting, I haven't heard this one yet. Any way you could get a video? Does it happen only under certain ambient temperatures?

I am wondering the same thing to be honest. I first noticed it on a hot day, but the temperature has dropped a little bit in the past couple days and I noticed it again when opening the boot yesterday and front doors yesterday.
