then why does my 6spd have a drivetrain setting and what does it do
Read owners manual,
but IIRC essentially Sport Mode tightens steering and
in the Alltrack, Offroad Mode gives Hill Descent mode, and schedules more torque to rear wheels.

If you want faster throttle response you can buy a pedal tuner, tweak it...some

and/or apply a tune that shifts Hp/tq curve a bit...to the left after 1500 rpm. APR1 is best on low end, per comparison of charts, imho.

There are some loooong threads on this at vortex and iirc a discussion or two here, but I am too lazy to search...
you can tho and you might start w/TiGeo's posts. PM him for his youtubes to inquire if he did one on same data logging for proof, pretty much beat this to death a year or more ago.

Clear hose and a container for the old fluid, brake fluid, a friend, line wrenches. Don't cheap out on the last three.

Blackhawk/Proto makes good line wrenches if you don't want to spend Snap-On money, and good fluid is sensible if you're gonna be in there anyway. RBF600 or ATE Typ200 are my go-tos.
No I meant literally by myself with one of those pumps.

what are you saying exactly? that there's zero difference in throttle mapping between sport and normal, or that there's no difference in MPG?

If all you're doing is a brake fluid flush, all you need is some fluid, a power bleeder, and a wrench (11mm I think?) to loosen the bleeder valves.
I'm still going to recommend a line wrench, it's not likely to be necessary when things are still all nice and not rusty, but individually I'd rather not take my chances and have as much grip on the fastener as possible. But yeah, should be doable with a power bleeder. I've never used one, but again, I'm used to working on old shit with brittle plastics and whatnot.
