MK7 GTi handbrake turns

Hi - curious to know how you manage the equivalent of "old style" handbrake turns in Autocross or Motorkhana style events in the Mk7 GTi given it does not have a manual handbrake anymore.
I haven't done any Motorsport for 10 years but know you can use other methods to induce turns, but if anyone has a cunnning plan for tighter turns (eg. turning around a cone) I would be most interested.
I dont pickup my car until later next week so have not had a chance to play yet.
Cheers, John

In the US the GTI's still have a hand brakes, but I would never use it on a course. If you want some brake actuated sliding turns, just get VCDS and turn up XDS+ to the "strong" setting. The computer uses XDS+ program to brake on the inside rear wheel to create rotation, if you turn this setting up the car will slide or literally spin out when you push it 8/10ths or more with the stability control nannies deactivated. This is fun and all, but dangerous on the streets.
