Best be getting those car seats out @arob157. I’m coming for you.
That is ripping! Uphill too! And that is right at my best/legit time I have ever run. My 8.45 had some weird accel data at the end of the pull, so I don't really consider it legit.

Just gotta cut that 60-100 down. I am usually in the 3.7-3.8 range without brake boosting and hitting a 8.7X. You have a low-mid 8s in that thing for sure.

Not gonna do any more 60-130s until I install my new wheels and tires + suspension. Just a couple more weeks. Can't bring myself to get R888Rs. Will see how RT660s do.

This was sorta unplanned. I filled it up last night and this was uphill no brakeboost. I think it will touch the 3.9s in the right conditions with some forethought.

How is DA calculated? Is that saying 100degrees at 2k altitude is similar to running at 5.4k altitude on a cold day?

Both an increase in the temperature and a decrease in the atmospheric pressure, and, to a much lesser degree, an increase in the humidity, will cause an increase in the density altitude. In hot and humid conditions, the density altitude at a particular location may be significantly higher than the true altitude.

some light reading if you actually want to understand it, I know my airplane nerds and pilots are up to speed already.

This has been my fastest 60-130 so far. Pretty slow by today's standards for FBO IS38.

APR Stage 3 High Torque 91oct, running 92oct from Wa State. I'm ready to leave APR's camp for a protune. Aiming for either EQT or 5150 to build an E50 file. As well as a 92oct daily protune. Which will really wake this car up over a dogwater OTS file :(

Dragy:

I was APR tuned before EQT. I have about 20 different 60-130 runs while I was APR tuned and they were all mid-high 11s. Some in the 12s if the DA was over 1K. My absolute best time was 11.29s, which was faster than my 2nd best time by 0.25s. After switching to the EQT custom tune, my very first 60-130 run was 11.15s. My best 60-130 on 93 octane to date is 10.81s which is better than APR by 0.48s. I also dynoed the car on both tunes too. Same dyno and temps, only difference was tune and EQT dynoed peak 14whp and 4wtq more. It was as much as 25whp higher in a lot of places throughout the rev range. My point is that APR isn't a bad tune at all, but having a custom tune makes a huge difference. Also, my best 60-130 on full E85 is 9.85s (EQT custom tune).

My best 60-130mph is 11.60 as shown here and I’m a bolt on IS20 2 Door GTi on a custom e35 tune from Ed at EQT. I don’t think I could get much faster than this on my current mods.

@Diggs24 Left the car seats in, but installed some new wheels and tires. Still stock suspension for a couple of weeks.

Apex SM-10s in 17x9. RT660s in the front at 255/40/17. Absolute meats. RK510s at 245/45/17 in the rear (cause super high idea that I believe the Dragy proves is paying off). Got them slapped on tonight. Fronts were 9.2lbs heavier than the 18x8.5 Hypergrams+595s, rears were 2.4lbs lighter than the Hypergrams+Indy 500s.

Wanted to do some rips and was not expecting the best on green tires...

Edit: Diggs did callout that +1.5g spike. No doubt that is whack in looking at it again. Will see if I can crack a 3.4-3.5. Car feels like it has that in it.

Yeah the downhill into uphill. Still uphill average lol. But is says valid so it can't be wrong :ROFLMAO:.

Think something must have been off because it didn't record temp/DA for that pull either. Which is weird because I did 4 pulls all on the same drive over 20 minutes and Dragy recorded temp+DA for the other 3 runs. I did brake boost the snot out of it. Maybe dropped a satellite at exactly the "right" time.

Gonna get these tires broken in and see what they will do next week. Ain't no way my car is doing even a mid-7s. Just had to troll a bit.
