Looks like it has gotten much better though. Assuming 100f, 27.5inhg and 60 degree dew point puts it at like 5500. Way better than it was, but yeah, real DA from local station is superior.

Weather Underground is whacky as hell and all over the place. In the 'History' tab it shows 27 for today, but then if you click the 'Today' tab it shows 29.91. Accuweather shows 29.* today too

Reported torque to DSG is probably low and it is slipping and overheating.

That's what the car feels like when I launch it with both Cobb and OEM LC. The car doesn't go anywhere for a moment, it then engages and off I go.

The "over temp" pop up is making me hesitant on launching the car again, but I'll check with my tuner and see if he can sort this out.

Looks pretty in line with my times and I run a standard housing Vortex. I am a bit lighter since FWD, so somewhat traction limited. Your 60-100 should be quicker by half a second or a bit more I would say.

What DSG tune are you running?

EQT DSG tune.
The one thing concerning me is the "transmission over temp" notification I get on my dash when I launch the car. The car runs great otherwise.
