Unfortunately no. Won't be as nice as the ones you have but I only paid $38 with the wiring harness.

Does the 7.5 just not have the under seat drawer or have both 2019's i've owned just not came with it? that area always gets water bottles under it, may as well get the drawer for storage

It was deleted for the 7.5 as part of VW’s interior cost cutting. I’ve heard some 2018s have them but most don’t. I installed it last year, was fairly straightforward with the parts @Cuzoe listed. Not much utility as the drawer is pretty shallow but I think it does make the seat look more “complete”.
