Afternoon folks.

I wonder if anyone could give me a quick leg up.

My wifes 2018 Golf GTD tyre pressure warning keeps coming on. About once a month.

I've been putting 40psi in on the advice of my local VW dealer but have seen today that it should be 38.

Ive Googled it and got 32, 35, 36, 38, 40 and 41.

The stickers been taken off the car by the previous owner, helpfully.

Is anyone able to give me the right pressure?

It's got the 18 inch Sevilla alloys.

Thanks in advance

Dan

37 or so should be appropriate.

Don't forget to reset the tire pressures in the car settings (check the owner's manual) if you have that system in your car. If you don't reset that after filling the tires, the system is going off of bad values which is maybe why it's constantly giving you a warning.

If you have a constant slow drop, double check the treads for small nails. I had a slow leak for months, and finally looked, found the culprit.
Failing that, you might need the sensored valve stem sealing kit to replace a valve stem. Especially if it loses air alot when the temperature swings up and down alot.

Cheers for the help guys. I think the alloys/tyres just fit badly as it loses the same amount in all four tyres consistently.

I'll set them as recommended and just keep on top of it until the time comes to swap the tyres 🐵👍
