MK7.5 - Auto High Beam not working on highway only.

VW has confirmed that on highway, the left headlight stays dipped, it uses the navigation and GPS to determine when you are driving on a highway.

MK7.5 - Full LED.
On highways and lightswitch set to Auto, the left headlight wont switch to High Beam (and the right is turned a couple degrees to the right).
When exiting a highway, High Beam starts working on both headlights, and is also OK on other roads.

Has anyone any clue to this behavior or could you test your car?

Could it have something to do with the automatic High Beams not functioning properly? Have you scanned the car for any faults?

Is the highway illuminated? The automatic high beams only work when the surrounding area is dark.

As weird as it sounds it sounds like it's trying to not blind oncoming traffic. Is it possible for it to work that way?

It is tested on a completely dark highway and no oncoming traffic.
I will scan it for fault soon.
