Doesn't remove top speed limiter. If you track, it sucks to pass cars only you get passed bouncing off the 125mph limiter down the straights, which isn't a problem at some tracks, but it is at the 3 main ones I go to.

It's an add on adapter to boost the power. Burger Motorsports. It's supposed to be undetectable when removed for warranty work because it doesn't flash the ECU.

Thanks guys! I just did some reading on it. Looks like the install is kinda a pain in the rear - well, not really, but compared to just getting an ECU tune. It is cheaper though... and I do like the idea of it not being detectable for warranty work.... and that you don't have to pay again if you change things on your car...

And you can limit boost down low which you can't with a flash tune. Oh and it isn't detectable, preserving your warranty (assuming you take it off if you have to service your car). Install isn't difficult.

Merry Christmas from a brand new GTI owner!

I just purchased my first GTI last night. Got a 2019, black, S trim level, manual transmission GTI. I drove it for 2 hours after I bought it and I really like it. I wish I hadn't waited so long to upgrade from my old car.

And now to start thinking about mods... LOL

Just go ahead and install the usp cast water pump now and tell us if you still enjoy the car after that install ? enjoy tho. They are fun cares that can take the beating! Except the plastic water pump housing
