Lubricating Door Hinges: How? Which P/N?

I have a 2015 Volkswagen Golf. It's a 1.8L TSI.

Maintenance (D4B804178F5) and 2000 – 2017 Volkswagen Service (D3E8024D0E6) describe the following lubrication points as part of my car's service schedule:
  • Hood Hook, Lubricating
  • Door checks and mounting pins: Lubricate
However, Maintenance (D4B804178F5) doesn't contain any description of a procedure for doing this. I also checked Body Exterior (D4B8040D5CD), which does have the procedure for cleaning and lubricating the sunroof.

My questions:
  1. How do I lubricate the hood hook, door checks, and mounting pins?
  2. What part number should I use (e.g., what is the dealer using)?
  3. Wishlist Question: Is there a list of all the lubrication/grease points I should be worrying about?
Thank you for considering my nerdy question. It is frustrating that VW doesn't document everything, and the source of part numbers appears to be unclear.

1. https://www.familyhandyman.com/project/lubricate-car-locks-hinges-and-latches/
2. Any white lithium grease (only use regular WD-40 for cleaning first, not as a lubricant). No special VW part number needed. You can use: https://www.wd40.com/products/white-lithium-grease/
3. The first link above is pretty comprehensive. Basically, anything that moves as a door, hatch, hood, cover, etc. Yes, not definitive; however, this is something that if it squeaks or starts to stick, then lubricate it.

If you feel like worrying more, think about periodically lubricating brake caliper slide pins (and not with with white lithium grease). However, I don't think this is what you were referring to.

Good luck!
