No, but here's what you can do.

Chat with Amazon customer service and let them know you saw the 17950 listed on Amazon for $77.15 on the review page (https://www.amazon.com/product-revi...fferlistingpage_text?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1)

They'll look into the issue and ask if you could get a credit because you were misled. I was given a $25 credit.

ebay coupon is currently live...probably your best bet to get a new one, just not totally sure if the support is available from George when purchased off of ebay (but if it's new and from a store I would think it would be supported...not sure though since he doesn't offer tuning support on used units)
