Light cutoff on new headlights goes up

Installed new gti headlight on my 2016 tsi golf.
And I am using LED lamps, am facing an issue with that the cutoff goes up in distance. Video:

these are retrofitted headlights, the only height adjustment I made was in a professional workshop (he did it manually using the screws on the headlights) after that the height was good only for close objects (as you saw in the video).

This is all well outside my understanding, in the US we're mostly content with searing each others' eyeballs at night. I've casually looked for a guide to how to adjust our headlights and not come up with much, so interested in whatever discussion results here

This used to be and may still be a well-respected article on the subject: Daniel Stern E-Code aiming.

My impression of the video-based beamsetter (don't remember which brand) used by my local shop was that it does well for accurate beam height adjustment but does poorly at positioning the lateral adjustment of the beam centers relative to the centerline of the car and achieving a "zero toe" lateral beam setting. The Daniel Stern manual measurement method is more straightforward and the lateral alignment results were far better than what that particular beamsetter produced.
