Is38 was rebuilt by me (ase master tech, 12 year automotive tech and 7 years tech at an Audi dealership) using ihi rebuilt kit and sent to g-pop shop for balancing. Turbo has less than 10k. I'll throw in the forge turbo blanket and Apr inlet pipe. Asking $450.00 for all. located in Jacksonville Florida.
