is this dsg whine? could do with some feedback.

so, 1st 2nd and 3rd at low rpm, when accelerating and when the cars decelling, i get this whine noise, can also be heard when revving the engine when the cars idle, is this dsg whine and anyone else with the same issue, can hear it best at 10 seconds.

Hmm not sure, it sounds quite normal to me
