Personally I'd start checking all the areas and cables you touched when installing the JB4, just to make sure you didn't damage anything. It could've easily been missed by the dealership.

Just an update in case someone else experiences similar.. kept getting same EPC and check engine light after car sat.. bad turbo.. replaced under warranty..
