The way I understand it, intakes do negligible bumps in power but help a lot with intake/turbo noise. So with that being said, what’s the best intake when it comes to noise? I would prefer to keep the price reasonable

A big fucking circle that makes noise through its physical property. The filter attaches to it.

Can confirm the IE Intake is probably one of if not the loudest.

In one of the IE vids the turbo was fluttering. Does that actually happen?

Mine did bad when I had the IE + a spacer, but with just the IE I never hear fluttering.

I also have this and it is really loud IMO. Kinda wish it was a bit quieter lol

Interesting. They said It would flutter louder with a stg 1 tune. Maybe it only rly flutters with an IE tune?

I have EQT 1/2 and it fluttered only when the Boomba spacer was at the diverter valve.
