How to remove touch up without damaging paint?

I had a small cluster of stone chips on my hood and I stupidly painted the surrounding area about 1x1 inch with VW touch up pen and it looks horrible.
I have heard that laquer thinner works for some people or langka blob remover but I'm not sure what to do.
color is lapis blue

For others in the stonechip situation..... put some laquer on the offending marks and don't drive so close to the vehicle in front .

Try blob remover first. Otherwise you can polish it off. It is not much different than paint transfer

I try to maintain distance, but people just think you're letting them in. Daily drivers get daily beatings. In one form or another :/

My PPF has taken a few hits, ironically enough my only stone chip is on my roof...
