How to lubricate Eibach sway bar bushings

I have an Eibach rear bar (with Moog end links). In the past, the bushings started squeaking, and I removed them, cleaned them, then lubed them with Super Lube.

They are starting to squeak again. (The end links were greased three months ago.) This will be my third time! I didn't ever have to do this with the stock sway bar. Can I put in some grease fittings so I don't have to remove the bushings every time? Or, will that only get grease to the half of the bushing that the hole is next to? Is this actually easier than just disassembling the bushing every time?

If this is really needed, I wonder why they didn't include bushings originally. The stock bushings are rubber, these are harder, and need regular lubrication. H&R and Neuspeed don't seem to have grease fittings, but 034 does.

Lubrication needs vary based on bushing material. OE rubber doesn't need lubrication, whereas polyurethane might. Some bushings may use Delrin or similar which is self-lubricating.

The ST rear bar I have hasn't needed lube for the bushings at all.

Check Neuspeed again, they have rear sway bar clamps with a grease fitting for about $110. I know as I just looked.

Thanks, but I'm not going to spend $110 for just the clamps, and they may not fit my sway bar diameter. I'll just resort to removing them and lubing once a year. That would be easier with a lift, but...
Maybe I'll just crank up the tunes until the weather gets warmer and the ice melts off my driveway!
