How are the EQT OTS / base Accessport tunes?

I also noticed the "sensitivity" in 1st and 2nd, especially when pulling off from a stop, but attribute it much more to coming from JB4 and the throttle lag inherent with DSG. Like anything else, just need to get used to it and adjust for it a bit. I'd rather have this than the non-linearity feel I had. EQT's stage2 93 is light years ahead of what I'm used to.

This, exactly what I was getting at. Getting used to it is no issue at all, and once you are it's much, much better.

Any one get the LC fix update yet?

That's a negative Ghost Rider.

At the same time, I don't have LC enabled in my tune anyway though. But my understanding is I should still be getting an updated tune file, eventually.

I understood that you will only get the update if you have Launch Control in your tune.

I also do not have it, and did not get an update.

Yeah I believe the issue was specific to Cobb LC, which is fuel cut based, vs OEM which primarily uses throttle closure to control RPM

I just assumed based on the email stating "We are working on a solution and we will send out updated files to everyone who has received a v2.0 tune.", that anyone who purchased the v2.0 would get the v2.01 file, regardless of your tune options.

I'm not sure that's the case. There was an issue with the GTI tunes and the DV fix not going through, Rs don't have the issue so only GTIs got sent a new tune. I imagine the same would be happening here. If you don't have LC there's nothing wrong with your tune and it'd be a waste of time to send it to everybody.

I don't disagree with the principal. I don't need an update, since my tune doesn't have LC enabled. But they don't say "we will send out updated files to everyone who has launch control enabled in their tune". They say they will send them out to everyone who received a v2.0 tune. So based on what they are saying, I'd expect to get an updated file. In the end, I couldn't care less if I do or not due to not having LC.

I have the v2.01 file flashed. I haven't tried launch control yet but everything else seems fine.

No v2.01 yet and I have LC. Haven't done any LC runs and the email has me waiting before I do.No DV flutter with v2.0 though, nice-ass tune.

I have LC enabled on mine but honestly haven't used it. I received my v2.0 file on 5/8 and then the updated 2.01 on 5/10 @1AM. Email subject line on the v2.01 was "Important V2.01 Map Update EQT" and isn't the order number like the v2.0 email. Just in case it got buried somewhere in your email.
