its a part of the magnusson & moss Act. The Honda tech has to supply prrof, and evidence that the aftermarket part caused the catastrophic failure. If they cant or dont, they are obligated to cover it under factory warranty.

Also any idiot can get a entire K20A2 or K20r bottom end for WAYY less than 13k
