Found the gasket for sale in multiple locations, from AutoZone to FCPeuro and USP.

Speaking of intake manifolds, as I decided to tighten my boost tap, i noticed a slight space between the two manifold halves. I never paid attention to that spot, but it looks like there's a slight gap. I think that's just how it came from the factory, just thought it looks a bit odd. It does not appear to be warped or cracked.

I'm assuming all that's needed to fix this is replacing the gasket? (I know it's a pain removing the manifold, but I bet it could be worse)

Correct, won't be fun, lol. But yes could be worse.
