Help with bad turbo?

Hey guys, I've been having issues with my car. 2016 GTI S. Stock turbo, no tune. I have a log from OBDeleven here also.
The turbo doesn't seem to be making much boost, because the car is very sluggish. It also continues to throw an EPC light whenever I stay on the throttle and it builds boost fully.
If I don't clear the EPC, the car drives like an old naturally aspirated Civic.
My buddy thinks the turbo is shot. Any advice is appreciated!

Yeah…. At this rate if I don’t sell it soon I may switch turbos and call it a day…

What would make you think a boost leak? We've pressurized the intercooler charge pipes and they hold 30 psi, so no boost leaks found.

I don’t think that’s the play. Switch tuners and get a dp on there
For me the reason to go with the Apr turbo was to avoid the DP. I had it but, after trying different resonators couldn’t live with the drone
