2017 Golf R Cabin Air Filter box. Hello, I noticed the door is broken and a tab is missing from the cabin air filter door today. Does anyone know the part or parts numbers and the process for making this repair?

Edit:
I misspoke about the part. Here is a photo of the damaged tab.

It depends what type of HVAC box you have. If Denso, 5Q0819422 superseded by 5Q0819422C. Valeo has 5Q0819422A. On old cover you should have written part no. and manufacturer (Valeo or Denso)

Well, in such case is different story. In this case you need to use N104 241 02 screw to hold it in place(you have hole for this as you can see), as tab is part of HVAC box

So I understand correctly, the HVAC box is broken?
Yes and no. Not, HVAC box is still intact (box is sealed and doing its job), but tab on it to hold legs air duct is broken, and instead of mounting the duct with this tab you should use the screw I mentioned

To change the part of airbox (5Q1 820 007 superseded by 5Q1 820 007C in case of Denso HVAC box) is dash-out operation, so make no sense when VW itself designed "plan B" and it's selling adequate screw to hold the duct in place
