Help: Coolant Leak, But Not From Water Pump?

elamothe15

Ready to race!
I tried searching the forum but couldn’t find anything other than bad water pump threads so I’m hoping to see if anyone can help me out.

I have a 2015 GTI with ~80k miles on it. My water pump and thermostat housing was replaced last May at 65k miles under warranty by VW.

A couple weeks ago my low coolant light came on so I topped it off with 50:50 and hoping that would be the end of it l, but I’ve been slowly losing coolant over the last couple weeks. I thought it just must’ve been another bad water pump, but when taking a quick look under the car today the thermostat housing and pump all look good from what I can tell without moving a bunch of hoses out of the way. The main leak appears to be above the oil pan on the passengers side but I’m not exactly sure what the location is.

Appreciate any thoughts and help!

Is it possible theres a small leak coming from the housing that you couldnt see, and its running down all over the block and oil pan? I cant imagine it coming from anywhere else unless a hose split.
