I went ahead and did the bleed block mod. When I went to go bleed the air out, my clutch pedal goes right to the floor and stays there. Tried to pump it a few times and nothing. Any suggestions ?

Sounds like you are not properly bleeding it.

Press clutch down and hold.
Open valve, once fluid stops flowing close valve.
Pull clutch pedal up.
Repeat until no more bubbles are present.

The pedal goes right to the floor. If kept to the floor, a tiny bit of air came out once I cracked the bleed. I did this about 50 times, same result

You are keeping the brake fluid topped off; while your bleeding. The clutch pulls from the very top of the reservoir, if you have bled the master cylinder dry, you it may explain they issues you are having now.

Make sure you're not sucking in air from the top -- keep the brake fluid reservoir completely topped off at all times. After bleeding it's normal for the pedal to stick to the floor at first. If you are sure all the air is out at the bleeder block end and no additional air has been accidentally introduced through the reservoir, then close the bleed screw and put the reservoir cap back on and pull the pedal up off the floor by hand. You will then need to pump it by hand a few times until the system pressurizes. After 2-5 pumps it should feel normal again.
