I dunno mine was $240 back in Sep. of '17, but I think they were phasing out the model for a newer one. Still, one of my favorite mods.

I think they changed suppliers so the old part number was priced to move. Unfortunately, there weren't any left by the time I purchased my GTI and subsequently learned about it.
