Headrest question

Probably sound a bit dum but how the hell do u take the headrests out?.i bought some cheap seat covers but a bit too small to go over the headrest.cheers.

Push in the big button on the side of the headrest. Lift.

There is another button that you need a credit card (or similar) to push in under the socket trim.

I believe the instructions are in the owners manual...

Though, I'll add, "cheap seat covers" aren't usually a good thing for these cars, as they may not allow side airbags to deploy properly.

thanks lol.ive just bought some cheap ones for the time being to stop my kids dirtying my seats untill i can get a decent full set.
