Has this is20 been opened?

I bought this IS20 and it came in today. Seller is very adamant that it’s never been opened and he was the only owner of the car.

Not only did it come in like this, it smells like BO. The turbo was wet inside the box. I don’t think coolant smells like BO but I could be wrong.

What do you guys think?

Well yes it’s opened now because it didn’t look right. A couple of people think this turbo was blow and thrown back together with another chra that’s aftermarket. A lot of inconsistencies from oem.
