I had the same issue with my leather as well. I've had my ECS handle for 2+ years now and zero complaints. I also got it on one of their limited quantity sales for $41.

Mine started going around 30k and I had the dealer replace it under warranty.

They aren't going to TD1 your car over a loose interior piece so that might be worth doing if you've still got a warranty.
