H7 to Volkswagen H7 LED adapter

So I've been trying to get these super bright LED with standard H7 socket into my low beams but i didnt know Volkswagen has a special clip on the H7. Bought these adapters and they still don't seem to fit. Anyone know which brand H7 LED bulb/adapter works in standard halogen housing?

Don't be that guy. Either get brighter halogens or upgrade to replica projectors (HID/LED).

what guy? LED's are better all over than HID and Halogen especially. Less power consumed, more output per watt. Less heat given off. Last way longer

With the correct projector retrofit, sure - but stuffing them into a halogen housing isn't doing anyone any favours.

BEC's replicas use LEDs now. I believe Helix or Spyder has a LED set, but I may be misinformed. Osram as the LEDriving set if you can find a seller outside the US.

If you're going to stick LED's into the projector housing then you should at least get ones designed specifically for VW reflector housing so they don't cause glare. Get these

Thanks those are great guys. I cant afford $100s+ on new housings/ custom made leds. Just working with what I got at the moment.

Don't mess with adapters, they only work with certain bulb designs. These are exactly the same as the $100+ ones and they work well. Only downside I can tell is the long shipping time and subpar packaging.

thanks ill check those out. Is there a complete MK7 light bulb list so i can swap out all the interior/exterior LED's somewhere on here?
