Hello everyone.

I need to check something on the different GTE golf clusters!

Indeed, following the retrofit of the Blind Spot Monitor on my golf, the small green/orange icon at the bottom of my cluster does not activate.
Following the disassembly of the cluster, I do not have the LEDs behind the icon.

I am talking about this indicator:

My Cluster is a 5G1920754A.

If you have a VCDS and a GTE with a needle cluster, it would be very useful for me if you could do a test even if you do not have the Blind Spot.

Look at the reference of the meter and do a test with VCDS to light up all the indicators and answer here with your reference and whether the blind spot indicator is displayed or not.

I have the digital cluster installed but I have never seen that graphic, even on the analog. Very interesting to see. I will run the test on my digital to see if there is something similar.

There is a test for "additional function lamps" but it can't be run on the digital dash, or at least I couldn't run it.

I think on the digital dash, it will be display directly on the screen. Like Lane Assit. Anyway, thx for your help. Hope some guys with gte will done the test...

I've never seen any indication on my digital dash for BSM, I guess it would be cool if it did show somewhere.

To test it you need to go to the BSM control module (3C) and then go to output test, there should be an option to test that light.

Hello, i dont need to test by myself.
I ask people with gte to test cluster indicators to find wich reference have this indicator.
