gtd manual gear box

hi all iam new.
I have a 2015 mk7 manual gtd it's now done 92000 miles.
but I was thinking of changing the gearbox oil. I have a little noise while changing gear.
I wanted to get the new oil without going through the dealer.
being that is high milage, what gearbox oil would you recommend. thicker?
I think takes 2.3 ltrs. but there is a lot of conflicting info on line.

I use Motul gear 300 75W90, but Red Line, Febi Bilstien, Ligui Moly make gear oils for VWs. Just make sure it meets the specs in your manual.
