Hi,

I recent ran over a pothole which damaged a front suspension spring.
I’ve replaced both front springs for what I thought were GTD springs. However, the car looks to be riding higher at the front (around 20mm).
I’m unsure if the damaged original springs were lowered or factory ones.

Would anybody know what the distance from the road to top of the wheel arch would be please so I can cross reference.

Tyres are 225/40/18

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The 2lt Diesel regardless of GT or GTD spec should be the same, as the GT is "Sport" suspension from the factory ..no "Base" spec was available. The only option is "DCC" for GT or GTD.
