GSW 1.8T IS20 Tune Options

Ah ok, why not run the IS20 tune for the stock DP then? Just confused.

Hehe, that’s the point of this thread. I have the R Downpipe, which APR previously stated was good for their APR IS20 Downpipe tune, however that tune is no longer accessible.

I wanted to see what options I had before spending money to go down another route.

I would just pay the smaller upgrade fee to APR and run their IS20 stock downpipe tune (stage 3)...it's plenty, easy, and will be bullet-proof. I think you are hung up on the DP file thing - these DP tunes aren't any different from the stock DP tunes, they literally just turn off the CEL you get from the high-flow cat. With the R pipe, you don't have that issue. You aren't leaving any power on the table if you do the APR tune.

I'll likely go with the APR upgrade route with their IS20 tune and change if/when I decide to upgrade from the IS20.

I'm keeping my eye on the IS38 thread so hopefully more options materialize down the road.
