Her car had a gen 1, tiguan engine oil pressure fatal flaw, so sold it. Not giving her a car I have a loan for, so she got the GTI and I got an X3 M40

I'm letting her borrow until she gets her own car (after college) and continue to wear out that already worn out DSG.....then I'll throw in a lower mileage DSG and take it back....win/win!

holy crap...you're in P'burgh? I was just there for a week for work...son of a .....I would have reached out! I was staying across the hot metal bridge area

Carbon Black X3 M40. PPF'd the entire front (incl A pillars and area just above the windshield (need to get it ceramic coated after pollen season). Threw on a JB4 (don't want to deal with unlocking the ECU) and added a tow hitch for mountain biking. Bunch of bimmercode tweaks, tint, window visors; front lip is next

after pollen is all finished I'll snap a pic...can't keep it clean for the life of me right now.

And sounds like you're off to a great start with the X3! Such a fun package, I'm sure it rips with the JB4. Always loved driving those in my days of BMW sales

So now that the GTI is back from college, I'm finally getting back in for another alignment from the dealer (after hours buddy helping), can actually give it a good wash, need to insert a rivet on a side skirt to keep it from flopping and put some E back in her now it's summer.......
