Golf R Stage 2 No Fly Zone AZ 2021

I’m relatively new to this engine platform, but that seems awfully quick considering your mods and the vehicle size.

I’ve spent quite a bit of time researching and modding for a solid stage 2 build to get to that 140mph mark.

That 140mph is not gps calculated, it’s the last 66 ft of a measured 1/2 mile. Maybe that’s the difference?

Yes my car is very fast, my tuner is well known in the Cupra community here and as far as my research goes he has the fastest VAG cars in the country. I believe he has a few stage 2 cars (stock IS38) running mid 8s 100-200 km/h. Looks like one of them moved on to stage 3 by now because he runs 11.05 @ 126.5 at the 1/4.

Mine is faster than plenty of stage 2 cars. On top of that it is JB4 stacked and I've been working with George of Burger Tuning back and forth with lots of logs to achieve this.

Anyway, I only meant to show you can certainly push past 140 at the 1/2, dragy is very accurate.

11.65 @ 118.54 at 1/4

I think my IS38 GTI could do 145-150mph half a mile.
