Exactly - I can understand upgrading to R parts if there is a practical advantage, but for pure aesthetics I just don't see the point. Retrofitting is so ridiculously expensive - how about amending your original posts with costs?

In my case, there's no such option. They don't sell the R version in Brazil, just TSI and GTI.

There are many other parts in the engine that change. The oil pump is different, along with a LOT of other things.

Revo Technik is the option, ECU software by OBD2 in 15-20 min and go play!

wms, there is no revo software for the TTE turbo or the golf R bigger turbo.
