Golf mk7 2015 match edition problem

Hi all,
I hope someone give me an answer to the problem i am experiencing. I just bought my golf last week and im using it as a weekend car. When i start the engine i can hear a humming noise which is constant during driving experience, turning, acceleration and everything. When i turn off the engine the humming sound is sort off turned off few seconds later. But the sound does not instantly turn off its sort off starts to lower fast.

Its very annoying tbh. And everyone says its normal.

Record a good clear video of the sound and also see if you can locate the area where the noise is coming from and post the info here otherwise we’d just be guessing, is the car Diesel? Maybe it’s doing a DPF Re-gen and the noise is the fans?!

I wasnt able to load the sound.
. Yes its diesel and i rly dont know where from thw sound is comming from

The sound is comming from sort off under my seat alittle back to the passenger seat behind me

I wasnt able to do so. I was told that it could be the ECU. Does this normally do sound?
