Thanks Edward! Received HID Headlights yesterday and installed today. Extremely pleased.:)

I have been used to HID Xenons as that is what I have on my BMW 3 Series. When I went to purchase my GTI only one dealer within 200 miles had the lighting package which was not in a color or trim that I could live with. I did not have the patience to wait and have the dealer order what I wanted with the lighting package. After the first night drive, I was totally bummed as the soft unfocused blob of light on the road dropped off well before I needed to see. I scoured the forums for a solution and came across your lights. After installing the headlights I am once again a happy driver. "I can see the light!" and it is in a focused beam pattern that is considerate of other drivers. The headlights look killer! Love the amber turn signals. Thanks Edward!

Thank you, I'm glad you are happy with them.

I still have stock for both the Golf R and GTI versions available.

Received mine last Friday and had them installed today. Words cannot not describe how incredible they look. Pictures don't do them justice.

I can confirm they work great in the UK as of now with this cold temperature. Before anyone mentions that I've got LHD projectors and that I'll be blinding people. No, I agreed to Ed that I'd test them in the UK to see how they function. They have been replaced with RHD projectors before shipping to me. I wouldn't have installed them knowing they were LHD as wouldn't put other road users at risk.

The beam pattern is what's different. The beam shines towards the side of the road you're driving on. Say if you're in the UK, the beam will be shining to the left to light up the side of the road. If I was to use LHD projectors on my RHD car, when in countries that use LHD projectors, they drive on the right hand side so it would be shining towards the right. Therefore, the beam would be shining to oncoming traffic if I was driving in the left hand side like in the UK. Same would apply to Australia.

Ohhh, I see, thanks for the info. So I guess it's just short for left/right hand driving headlights.
