The top tire is punctured and done.
I‘d suggest two new tires for the front and put these on the rear. That will mean matched axle sets vs. one new and one worn tire on an axle.
Run the set of tires for 2-3 weekends, before starting to rotate. The 3rd can be a spare if you pickup a puncture like I did.
These are priced to sell with about 50% tread left. I’d ship at the buyers expense, but would prefer a local-ish sale.
