According to NeuSpeed themselves, since I contacted them to make sure, yes it does work perfectly fine on any Gen2.5, Gen3 until the mk7.5, without any issues

64.10.15 is for mk7 gti, although the numbers might just be for them to track sales kind of like what burger does with Jb1 and jb4 groups
