Comes with Shuenk DV. Wastegate actuator not included. I had to use it on my is38 since the one that came with my new turbo was defective.
Only 23k miles. I bought the car with 19k miles from the original owner and the car was stock the whole time. I’m located in Inland empire area, CA.

No it was stock for about 9 months after buying the car. I swapped the turbo out around 22k miles or so. Currently at a little over 23k miles. I knew I wouldn’t be happy with just a tune so I went is38 and full e85 tune from Sneekytuned.
