Yeah they are. Only thing is the minor scrape I mentioned and showed in last pictures that honestly is barely visible. No one local offered yet. I am a bit hesitant to mail them as I can't ensure it'll arrive in good condition.

I believe the use of a generous amount of dish foam with stretch wrap would help, especially if you already have boxes you may’ve received other wheels in
