$292.50 (Use coupon NEWCUSTOMER10) is for Left/Right, the center is identical, no reason to charge/sell that to people. Shipping is a flat rate $10. We were trying really hard to keep shipping free but as with anything nowadays .. but our direct costs are all going up.
That said, we're still $160+/set cheaper than anyone out there for a new set. They retail for $220/each plus shipping and tax.
