I think it’s locked to TCU ID, so it may or may not work. Depending on buyers TCU ID

You could be right it's locked to the TCU ID but either way it won't work.

I bought a used AP for my Golf R and luckily I had the same TCU ID as the last guy and was able to use his EQT DSG tune
