Selling a used trim for the 8" matte (not glass) screen. In overall good condition, vents work, trim installs solidly.
List of defects:
Some of the brackets holding the silver trim are cracked. Only one is cracked majorly. See photos.
There are a couple of tiny nicks around the upper border where the trim interfaces with hazard lights button. They are very small and barely noticeable. I did my best to grab good photos of the nicks. See below.
There are two broken internal brackets that slide into metal receivers under the screen. Functionality is not affected. See photos.
Reason for selling: I have enough imperfections in my almost three year old car, so I just bit the bullet and bought a brand new trim from the dealer. It was a pretty fucking penny. I ran this trim for no more than a month. Selling it for exactly what I got it for from a fellow mk7 enthusiast.
Selling this used trim for $70 plus shipping.
