Will these work on MK7 without a harness or coding?

They work on MK7 but vehicle connectors are different (MK7.5 8-pin-all instead of MK7 4-pin-outer and 5-pin-inner), coding is different too. No need for a harness that connects inner and outer lights, adapters on each light are enough.

Are zeros harness plug and play? Or are there some electrical skills I needs such as soldering, butt connector, crimping, etc that I will require to do once I receive the harness?
With his harness, will I have to tear apart the panels on my hatch?

Would you be able to send me the directions for his harness install?
I'm trying to pre-prep which harness I want to go with

His harnesses are 100% plug-n-play. I would highly recommend you go with him. The quality is OEM and I would even say better.

I don't know if the NAR harness for LEDs requires you to remove any panels in the hatch.

When you purchase from him he provides instructions. I recommend you contact him directly as he can better explain this particular harness.
