Hello everybody,

I have a 2016 Golf R with a little under 53k miles on it. I purchased the car from the original owner in April of 2018 when the car only had 14k miles on it.

I've taken exceptional care of the car throughout my ownership, as did the previous owner, and it feels and drives like it. The car is primarily stock mechanically but does have a few mods including:

Euro Golf R Tinted Taillights (have stock parts)
Euro Golf R folding side mirrors (have stock parts)
3M Tint all around (50 front, 35 rear)
Ceramic coated
Stealth subwoofer in spare tire well
P3 Vent gauge (have stock parts)
Monster Mat floormats and rear mat (have stock parts)

COBB 91 Tune (Custom Delicious Tuning dyno tune)
APR carbon fiber intake (have stock parts)
Forge FMIC (have stock parts)
AWE Valve Control (for stock OEM exhaust)
Whiteline sway bars and end links (have stock parts)
034 Motorsports OEM+ camber plates (have stock parts)
Ferrodo DS2500 Brake Pads and new discs up front (rears were still fine but I have brand new pads that come with the sale)
Motul RBF600 Brake Fluid
OEM roof rack

The car had been my daily driver for the last 3.5 years and has never let me down. All of the visual mods were done by the PO, all of the performance/reliability mods were done under my ownership. I'm an HPDE instructor with both POC and ACNA and although this is not my track car, I wanted it reliable enough to be able to have fun at HPDE events and drive home without skipping a beat. I have driven this car in 3 HPDE events when my other cars weren't available and it performed beautifully. The suspension related mods were only performed to keep tire wear in check and I have to say that did a great job paired with the stock suspension and DCC system. I only drive 8/10ths on the track (it's more important to make sure you can drive it home) but I've passed plenty of Porsches and more in this little car.

It gets an oil change every 5k miles and had a lot of preventative maintenance performed including the 50k service just a few miles ago. I have every receipt for service performed on this car.

This car was the first MK7 Golf R to be tuned by Zach at Delicious Tuning (San Diego, CA) and he had the car on the dyno for 7 hrs dialing in his future Golf R tunes. So, this has a proper custom 91 dyno tune. I believe it was tuned at 36k miles.

Pricing reflects the car in its current condition, with known issues including brake pads with no wear sensors (you get a notice every time you turn the car on), scratches on each of the 19" stock wheels (one wheel hit a pretty good pothole too and popped a tire. The wheel still holds air and balances just fine, but the outside lip has an imperfection as shown in the pics) tires have less than 5k miles on them. I purchased the car from the original owner and was passed down the 7 yr/ 100k mile extended warranty. I believe it continues to be transferable with the car. (((The car will be sold with the stock 19" Cadiz wheels if some pics show the car on my forged set of wheels)))

I will be taking new photos of the car this weekend, but here are some I have on me currently to get this ad out there.

Price is $30k obo and located in San Diego, CA.
