A guy in a S197 Mustang GT, so no newer than 2004, pulled up behind me at a stop light and was revving his engine. I know those mustangs are dogs but hey, maybe he was built? As we took a left turn he gunned it and attempted to pass on the right, I obliged. With my AC pumping he was easily 5 car lengths behind me when I let off the gas.
He then attempted a fly by. I down shifted into 3rd and as he “passed” me he was never even able to get a half car length ahead before I once again pulled on him.
At the next light he stayed in the right lane behind several cars and then at the last moment decided it would be better to just take a right hand turn.
